Kilzner,
It is probably best if you take this discussion offline... if you would like Mario to investigate the specifics of your case, it is easier to investigate in more detail in an offline environment. To do that you should email Mario (the kink is on the Contact page).
Include your eBay id in the email, but DO NOT include passwords in emails, that is not secure enough, Mario has a way for you to provide credentials in a secure manner.

I had the exact same problem. I tried logging onto ebay again and it worked fine. I then used the Gixen Program and it worked fine.
After several attempts it logged me in successfully.
Im pretty sure my password is strong! That and ebay never prompts for a password change.

You are most likely correct about the cause, I would recommend choosing a password that does not cause eBay to prompt you with a code because Gixen can not enter that code for you.

Would like to try the service. Enter eBay username and eBay password in appropriate boxes, but get message that ebay has rejected the password.
eBay at times does prompt me to enter a code before logging me in because it doesn't believe my password is secure enough - would that be the cause of this problem?
