Tip: If gixen tells you that your password is wrong and ebay might be asking for captcha because your password is not strong enough, the resolution is real simple.
Log out of ebay on a browser and then log in again. If eBay does not redirect you directly to your site, Gixen does not work either. In my case eBay was asking me to check if the account retrieval email and phone number were correct. After clicking OK, Gixen started working like a charm again.

You will need to change it at eBay first, because Gixen will not let you log in if it cannot verify that new password with eBay.
However, if that is your course, I would recommend that the first thing you do is log in here with your old eBay password, make a note of any snipes you have scheduled and then delete them... They would be bound to fail if you later change your eBay password in any case, and could only cause you further problems with eBay.
Then log out from here, go to eBay change your pasword there, come back here and log in with that new eBay password and re-schedule all your snipes which will then have your new credentials associated with them.
Changed my password and it it worked, must have been a glitch somewhere at eBay..... Thanks Cupid and Mario

From what I can see, the password seems incorrect. Please email me, and I will you give you a secure form to submit your password (have to ask for it, as Gixen does not save passwords indefinitely). It might be that some special character is making problems, we'll see.
Or if you don't want me to debug this further, just change your password at ebay to something else.
Should I change it here first or at eBay first? I remember a couple of years ago I had a problem because I changed it at the wrong place first.

FYI, Marios' email address is available on the 'Contact' tab above.
NB, for security reasons, never send passwords via email, eBay ids are quite safe to send though.
Thanks for the tips Cupid, I know Mario will get this fixed for me.

I have logged into eBay several times today. I have not changed my eBay ID name for over a year.

Gixen must be thinking that is is different from the last time you logged in here, because it doesn't go back to eBay to check it unless you change the password that you provide Gixen.
Have you logged into eBay recently with this password, sometimes they throw up extra pages when you log in (providing alerts etc.) if Gixen got one of those it couldn cause it to think that the log in had failed when in fact all you need to do is acknowledge the alert and it goes away.
I know you haven't changed your password, have you changed the name of your eBay id?

Has this password worked in the past with Gixen?
If not, do you have any strange characters in your password (don't try to tell me what they are on this forum)?
