I received the "BID UNDER ASKING PRICE" response but the item was credited to someone else for less than my bidding price. My bid was also higher than the bid increment for the winning amount. Any ideas? The first time it happened it wasn't a big deal but this item I would have really cherished. I would appreciate anyone who can shed light on this. I have loved the peace of mind given me by the Gixen service but this has me a little shaken.
