OK, I'd recommend updating the credentials via the first option on the Settings menu (Username and Password) in the Desktop Manager, just to make sure they are exactly the same as those you've used to log in here.
It's also worth a try toggling that 'Help Gixen: Show Ads' option on the 'My Snipes' Seite als Fehler beim Laden snipes there seems to have sometimes been associated with adverts on that page.
If that's not making any difference, then I think the next step is to contact Mario direct via email at the support address provided on the
Contact page
. He's the only one that can look at what's going on behind the scenes, perhaps there is an issue with the real-time database replicas.

In settings it states,
Gixen Mirror Subscription Status
Your Gixen mirror subscription is good until Sun, Mar 1, 2026.
'Help Gixen: Show Ads' toggle switch is on and adblock plus is turned off for Gixen.com on Firefox. I tried Chrome and Edge which I have no adblocker but I get the same problem.
Yes, the Gixen Desktop Manager from the link provided.

There's a number of issues and questions raised here.
I'd ask you to look at whether you can get to the Settings page (it's a button at the top of the 'My Snipes' page, after logging in here), to check that your subscription is active, in the first section of that page.
It would also be useful to know whether you have the 'Help Gixen: Show Ads' toggle switched On or Off at the top of the 'My Snipes' page, and also if you have any active advert blocking software running in your browsers ?
When we talk about the 'Desktop App' are we referring to the Gixen Desktop Manager that is downloaded and installed from
here
?
To be clear, an active subscription includes the ability to schedule an unlimited number of snipes, so any indication that you've reached a limit is evidence that you're not logged into a Gixen account that currently has one.
Also I'm not having issues here today, so it would appear that any issues you are having are likely associated with your Gixen account(s) and are not a general issue with the site.

I'm also having issues with snipes loading on the website when using my desktop, for the past 18 hours or so. They only load occasionally. I've tried other computers and restarting them with no luck. My internet connection seems to be working normally with everything else and, strangely, my Gixen phone app also seems to be working just fine. So my recent issue is limited to using Gixen on my desktop, which is unfortunate because I primarily use Gixen on my desktop.
Great website and I appreciate all the hard work that goes into it! Any past issues I've seen with the website have been resolved with time so I'm crossing my fingers that the desktop issue will be resolved soon.

My snipes werden auf der Website nicht geladen. Wenn ich auf meine snipes sind nur die Schaltflächen oben wie Aktualisieren oder Altes löschen sichtbar. Der Rest der Seite ist leer. Wenn ich versuche, ein snipe auf der Desktop-App erhalte ich Fehler 201 maximale Anzahl von snipes überschritten. Ich habe die mirror Abonnement, sind snipes not unlimited with the subscription?
