| Hello - I'd like to reset my password, however, the forgot password link does not work; the email never sends and the page simply resets. How can I strengthen my password? Thank you |

Please first check your spam folder to see if your email provider has sent it there.
If they've blocked it completely please email Mario direct at the support address provided on the Contact page.
Please always include your Gixen Id in all communication together with a short explanation of the issue and what you've already tried to resolve it.
