Hi I get this mesage when I try to log in with my eBay username and password on Gixen Desktop Menager version 1.1.3

please solve my problem

Do you have any non standard characters in either your eBay name or your password?

Usually the best way to solve this kind of issue is to email Mario (do not include passwords in emails as it is not secure to do so), because, due to the required security, many of the potential causes need to be discussed offline.

This appears to be identical to an issue I'm chasing. Look at your login settings on the Desktop Manager and you'll see some garbage characters after your login name. Remove them and you'll login. They'll come back next time you start the Desktop Manager, but at least you can use it.

Can you please re-download Gixen Desktop Manager, I believe I found the fix for this. The current version is 1.1.4.
