Did you receive an email as a result of this ?
I often see those on this website as a result of adverts, not directly from Gixen itself, so you do need to be wary of those, especially if they start asking you for personal details or money.
Yes, that is fair enough you shouldn't need to do that.
It's worth waiting a day before trying to log in again as there might be a temporary lock placed on your account if you make too many attempts to log in with an invalid password, this would be an account protection measure. Then if you can't get a response (make sure to also check spam folders) from the features linked to on this page, the next step would be to email Mario direct at the support address given on the contact page making sure to include your Gixen id along with an explanation, he'll be able to see if there's any issues with your account. |

| I, candidbee, am trying to login. I get the 'password does not match'.
I did try to make a new password but that was a fail. I see the invite to 'activate account' and when I proceed with that I get to a page where I am supposed to make a payment. I'm already paid up into the future. I also don't want to open a new account. I can't log in and am at a loss. Thanks for seeing my message here. Hope to hear from you. |

| Other than also disabling browser add-ons, and trying again on a different day, I'm about out of options, personally.
You could try sending an email to Mario at the support address provided on the Contact page, he might have some better ideas. |

| Thanks for the reply. Tried another browser, deleted cookies, signed out of ebay and nothing.

| Hi Andy,
Some have reported better results by first ensuring that they are logged out from ebay.com before starting the procedure with Gixen. Also deleting all cookies associated with ebay.com, before trying again sometimes seems to help. Another alternative is to try it on a different browser if you have one, that probably works, for some, for the same reasons as my first two suggestions though. |

Trying to reauthorize ebay by following the link Link \"Re-authorize Gixen on your eBay account (valid for 18 months) \" Do not know what I am doing wrong or missing but all that happens is that it prompts me to sign in and when I do nothing happens. It just loads my ebay page. What I am doing wrong many thanks andy |
