There should be links to the transactions at the end of the first section of the Settings page.
If payments are being sent from a Paypal account, it is possible to cancel the recurring payment mandate there, and hence all future payments.
For refunds you need to contact Mario direct via email at the support address provided on the contact page. Be sure to include all relevant information, including your Gixen id, the amount and date of the payments etc. |

| Hello, I was trying to cancel before my last renewal and could not find a way to cancel and could not get this forum to work either to ask for help. I would like to cancel please, and if possible get a refund for my last renewal because you can see I have not used it at all since that renewal. Thank you |

| cancel my subscription. i have emailed support multiple times since september please cancel. the automatic payment ID on paypal is I-5UF2NP8K99YV. i haven't used this service for an entire year but it's impossible to cancel, the link doesn't work in Settings and it's impossible to cancel paypal payments that aren't from a paypal account. |
