Since I don't know the answer to all your questions I think it's best if I direct you towards emailing Mario direct at the support address on the Contact page.

Please always include your Gixen id in all correspondence, but never your Gixen password.

I am using Firefox and Windows 11. After much trouble I am logged in at Gixen.com. So I do not want to lose the login. I do have existing snipes.

I tried the Gixen app on my iPhone, but it says Could not log in: incorrect credentials. Please try again. So I tried the above link, I did get a reset code, pasted it in to the blank, on the Gixen page, and then got the login dialog which was very small and would not work. It left me logged in which is positive.

I then went back to the app to see if I could login using what I have written down. It again did not work. I have tried multiple times. Is there a way to make the password that one is typing visible? Perhaps the password that \\\"took\\\" is not exactly as I have written down. There was no way to verify that without being able to see it. I am especially loathe to risk losing my login to change a password I cannot see. There is no one to look at my computer screen when I am typing my password so I want to see it.

Is the user name case sensitive? I had an uppercase first letter, but Gixen is apparently using that as a lower case letter. I do not care, I just want to type it in a manner acceptable to Gixen. At present I am typing everything lower case along with the two numbers at the end.

I am also trying to get the app working on my computer.
[If this appears twice, sorry, I got an error message, apparently because I quoted the link which then treated my reply as span.]

Thank you for any assistance.
