Most likely it's your email provider that are blocking the emails.

In order to try to alleviate that please send an email from your registered Gixen email address to Mario direct at the support address provided on the Contact page. That's sometimes enough to trigger providers to recognise that you DO want emails from this source directed to your Inbox, however you could also try adding that address to your contacts list.

Mario can also respond to you via a different email server, that can help to unblock these things too.

Was able to use Gixen once in 2021. Subscribed to Mirror. What's 6 or 7 bucks a year? Want to use Gixen again and cannot get any type of email from Gixen on my old user name or password.
So I just set up a new Gixen account. Tried to set up Mirror account transfer from old inactive account to new Gixen account. Gixen emailing me some sort of confirmation number. Once again not getting any emails from Gixen. I can't be the stupidest person trying to use this site. Why am I unable to get any emails from Gixen? I'd really like to be able to use the services. Thank you.
