Please always include your Gixen id and a short explanation of the issue (as you have done here). He should be able to get back to you within a few days. |

| To reactivate the authorisation status, I am sent a security code, but each time I try, the code I receive is wrong!!!!! |

| Pour reactiver le Statut d'autorisation on m'envoie un code de sécurité mais a chaque tentative le code recu n'est pas bon erroné!!!!! |
