| I would like to clear the 7 cent deficit and continue to use the free service. The only options to pay in the settings menu as suggested are paid service renewals or to add the full $6 balance as pay as you go. How can I continue to use the free service level? |

You'll find the payment options at the top of the Settings page.
You get there by logging in here and then pressing the 'SETTINGS' button below the standard options but above the MAIN and MIRROR tabs. |

I am unable to create new snipes because I have a negative balance of 7 cents from using the pay as you go feature. I am not seeing any way to pay or clear this balance. Please assist.
