| Please email me the file causing the issue. Yes, I added the title, but this shouldn't cause upload to fail. |

| For anyone having this issue, I had to remove the titles column in order for it to upload. Now upload works fine |

For that it's probably best to email Mario direct at the support address given on the Contact page. He's more likely to pick that up quickly.

When I go to upload my CSV, Gixen is now taking me to a page that says 'Invalid file.'. I am uploading my CSV as normal. It worked on the weekend and now doesn't.
As a separate issue, when I first exported my CSV with current bids it used to be in the same order as gixen, ending soonest. Now it is in a seemingly complete random order. What can I do about this?
