| The way that Paypal recurring payments work is that they send the money, Gixen does not request it.
So, the cause of your issue lies within Paypal and that is where you can control it for yourself. You need to look at the recurring payments that you have set up within that account and cancel any that you no longer want or require. Mario is always happy to refund payments that you don't require or no longer want, please email him the details direct at the support address given on the Contact page. As well as the payment details please always include your Gixen id (for which the payment relates) in all email communications. |

| On 06.09.2022 money got withdrawn from my PayPal account from Gixen for a subscription i did not want.
On 22.06.2022 i subscribed for 2 years and then on 06.09.2022 money got withdrawn from my PayPal for anothen 1 year subscription for the year 2025 that I do not want.
