It does seem to have happened to a few people now... so, if they are both referencing the same Gixen account I'd recommend that you cancel one of them.
For a refund you'll need to contact Mario direct, via email, at the support address given on the Contact page. Please always include your Gixen id in all correspondence, also details as to when the payments were made will help him to find them. |
