First, I'd recommend using the Forgot your Gixen username? You can retrieve it here. link on the CREATE YOUR GIXEN ACCOUNT page to see if the account that you think you have transferred the subscription to is registered against your email address.

If so, but you don't have access to it, you can use the Forgot your Gixen password? You can reset it here. link to regain access to it.

I find it hard to believe you've actually managed to transfer your credit to another user but if none of the above helps to resolve this you'll need to contact Mario direct, via email, at the support address given on the Contact page. You'll need to explain, with reference to all the Gixen accounts involved, in as much detail as you are able what exactly you did and what the outcome has been.

Hi,

I recently changed my eBay username. I then got a message from Gixen.

I managed to re-auth my Gixen sub. I decided I also wanted to change my Gixen username which I *thought* I had done.

I think I have instead transferred my account to another user [who I am guessing already existed]

Anyway I can't use my credit.

Help!
