Problem with Gixen ?

Since recently I notice, using "Gixen" ebay sniper. WHen I tried to add an item, I got his message.

"Please eliminate Gixen Mirror pay-per-use balance of on the settings page before adding new snipes."

I am not a pay subscriber. I have been trying to find those setting but I could not and as a result I could not add any more items. Any tip, trick ?? thanks

Could be the new 4 free limit ?
No idea like you what the fault message means !

Perhaps you have to buy pay as you go credit before you get free 4 limit ?

I don't think there was any intention to prevent people using the free service at all, but it does look like the implementation of further restrictions may have had unintended consequences.

Please can we try to keep this discussion on the threads that have already been started on this subject rather than starting new ones ?
