Every time I try to Authorize my account on Gixen I'm taken to a site that asks me to enter a security key. It has a picture of a grey paypal security key thing. I have no idea what this is. When I click that I've forgotten my security key I am taken to an error page every time. Any ideas? Is this an ebay issue?
I did have to fix my ebay account a few months ago since it was hacked. The username is the same as before though.

| Can you take a screenshot and email it to me? Paypal has nothing to do with renewing eBay authorization. |

| Turn off 2FA in eBay and then reauthorise - worked for me in the UK |

| To be clear by 2FA I mean two-step verification for eBay logins. |

I have this problem as well and DO NOT have 2 factor Authorization turned on. I have tried and get success messages from GIXEN, but no "ADD TO GIXEN" panel appears.

Where are you expecting this panel to appear ?
Have you tried adding snipes via the web interface, after you have logged in via the fields provided above ?

The panel normally appeared in the box just below the "BID" box on the Ebay page.
Yes, I can add to the Gixen page by importing my watch list, but that is cumbersome.
