Mirror subscription does not work after update

Since the gixen update i can not change timming in the setting form:

"Mirror server is not active for your account"

Please Help me!

Do you mean since the update that integrated Gixen sniping more closely with Ebay, implemented in the summer ?

If your Mirror subscription was not successfully transferred please email Mario direct at he support address given on the Contact tab above.

If it's not difficult to find, a reference to the payment that you made for the Mirror service might also be useful, or at least an indication as to about when it was made.
