Adjusting User Name and Password

I was required to change username and password, but Gixen only recognizes the ole UN and PW. How can I get Gixen to recognize the new (current) UN and PW to make sign in easier?

Do you mean that you changed your eBay username and password?

Your Gixen username no longer needs to coincide with your eBay username.

Instead of changing your Gixen username, simply log in to your Gixen account, click the [Settings] button at the top of your Gixen account page, and make sure that Gixen is authorized on your eBay account.
