This is the first time I meet this problem.
Is that because of the item is not on ebay US?

I see some other people have the same problem...

eBay requested another login in the middle of the bid flow. This sometimes happens when there is something unusual with the item, e.g. extra warning or requirement, and sometimes there is no obvious reason. I don't really know why this item failed. Sad

I am quite sorry I couldn't be more helpful on this.
