Oddly, I was able to get into Gixen a couple days ago when I scheduled a snipe. Then I logged back in and it said the snipe failed due to incorrect password. I haven't been able to log into Gixen since, but my password works on the eBay site.

I wonder if this might be related to special characters in my password.
