Hello,
I have been a member for years. My sign in used to be pinkangelight. 1 year ago I went ahead and bought a 2 year subscription. A few months ago when I still had a year left there were problems on Gixen. I invested another years pay and was then asked to change my user name. And I did so... I am now down to no years of subscription when I should have 2. A little frustrating.

You can transfer unused subscription between accounts using the transfer form accessed via the Settings page.
