On the Gixen Home page, push the 'Sign Up' button, then select the:
| Quote: | | Forgot your Gixen username? You can retrieve it here. |
link. Then you can retrieve your ID using just your email address.
After that use the same process, but select the:
| Quote: | | Forgot your Gixen password? You can reset it here. |
link, to allow you to reset your password using your retrieved Gixen ID.
