outbid not true

Hi, I bid on item no 253074620232, I bid over the asking price and actually won it without anyone else having made a bid. No problem there. But gixen is reporting the result as bid under asking price instead of won.. This has happened before, probably as a result of recent changes and my having to create a new login name. Help!

Hmmm... There does appear to be a glitch. We'll have to wait for Mario to look this one up in the server logs.

Do you have a Mirror subscription ?

If so what is the status on the other tab ?

This can happen when Ebay refuses the bid because one of the same amount has already been accepted, by Ebay, from the other server.

It also happens if you make a manual bid yourself, which is the same or greater than your snipe bid... Gixen only recognises a snipe (on either server) if it was able to place the bid itself.

This is also one of the reasons why Grouped snipes are never Mirrored.

oops I should of thought of this. Its never happened before to me, in fact ebay used to show 2 bids at the same amount.
