Not receiving user ID transfer email to my paypal email

I've tried three times to transfer my mirror service to a different ebay user ID. When I enter the transfer info under settings I get the following in a new window:
"In order to complete this transfer, please follow instructions outlined in an email that has just been sent to your PayPal email address."
I've tried this three times and do not receive the email, and yes it is the correct email account.

Sometimes they go to the spam folder in your email, have you checked that?
