I used your service to place an eBay bid (item #360256227911), and I placed an item amount that I was willing to pay several days prior to the end of the auction. I provided an amount higher than the "sold" price. The bidding ended, with no bid from Gixen as I requested, and I lost out on the item. When I examined the original bid, the "status" comment said, "Sign in information is not valid." What does this means? I have had great success in the past with Gixen, but this time you all let me down big time. |

That means Gixen was not able to log into eBay with the credentials that you supplied when you set up the snipe.
Have you changed either your eBay id or your eBay password recently? _________________ Mark |

Note that Gixen will not verify your credentials with ebay every time you login. After changing your password at ebay you have to log in at least one time to Gixen with the new password in order to invalidate the old one. |
