Well, I have Firefox 3.0.10 installed and I've kept Greasemonkey updated with the current version and everything has worked seamlessly for me. It might be something as simple as Greasemonkey being deactivated after the update and that simply clicking on the little Greasemonkey icon to reactivate it would get it working again.
In any case, going through the installation procedure should certainly work and I would recommend doing nothing until hearing from the OP again.

I will that I install 3.0.10 myself and debug this. Just give me couple of days for this, and in the meantime use the main interface.

Mark, I have Keith's email address, just don't want to post it here. Are we sure that this is something that he has to address? The script should be the same, is it possible that the Greasemonkey itself has to be updated?

Post subject: Lost link to GIXEN on ebay auction pages (firefox issue)
When Firefox updated to 3.0.10, the snipe button on the ebay auction page disappeared.
Am running XP pro
