Take a look at your purchased and unpaid items, if any, and if that's not a problem give eBay a call.

This means eBay blocked your bid for some reason.
I recommend you contact eBay Customer support and ask them.
If you wish, you may contact Mario directly at his Gixen support address, he can look up in his logs what eBay's message was. Use the directions found on the
Contact page
