Got a feeling this might be a Gixen (rather than extension) feature, but a number of us have expressed an interest in the past so here goes... 
It would be great to be able to group snipes into a special 'quit bidding when I've won nn auctions' group. Where 'nn' is the number of auction wins required. That way people like me who use eBay for buying stock could setup 100 or so snipes, but specify that sniping should stop when 'nn' items have been won.
