Certainly, and acknowledged as such in my first paragraph.
I have stock emails for many situations, that I've built up over the years... I generally find that I end up writing a new one (admittedly perhaps based partly on those), because every situation is unique... so, that effort I made to produce those was actually mostly wasted. Also bear in mind issues that affect the Gixen functions might well be with the same resources that would be used to send out bulk emails anyway... clearly in those circumstances they do have to be fixed first before it could even be contemplated to send out all those emails. |
