I see, what you have done is import your watch list.

In order to enter the amount you are willing to pay you need to go through them and for each select the 'Edit' button. when you do that there is an editable field labelled 'Your bid:' which you can update, by default this is at the bottom of the page below your snipes.

Personally I don't find this method suites me. I fond it easier to cut and paste the auction number from the Ebay auction page that I'm looking at, input the amount I'm prepared to pay and then push the 'Add' button, it's then set up as I want all in one go. I find that more efficient for the way I operate with Ebay auctions.
