Several times today I bid through your system and it says the same -You are not eligible to bid on this item. I have no restriction from this user and the problem is in GIXEN. item - 274432240776

As I've said on this thread I think we need Ebay to explain in more detail all the causes for their system to return this message when Gixen tries to place a bid on behalf of one of its users.
