Status (mirror) N/A

My snipes always display the status for the mirror as NA even though I have 2 years subscription.
I’ve seen other posts about this but it suggests this display is for grouped items, which mine isn’t.
Any ideas?

Are there any other indications that your subscription may not be active ?

For example, having the countdown when you log in here, adverts on the snipes page, no ability to alter the offset of your snipes, etc. ?

Are you seeing this on the web interface, when you log in here, or on a different interface, e.g. The Gixen Desktop Manager, or a mobile App ?

Hi, thanks.
I pretty much always use Safari on iPhone.
Logs in fine and shows advanced options ok.

But always without fail shows the mirror status as NA whatever I setup, and has done for as long as I can remember.

No idea if this is just a display error or what happens at bid time. I do t use gixen a huge amount and have won bids in the past so not sure whether it’s even an issue. Just curious since it’s not what I’d expect.

I can reproduce this by scaling my desktop page in my desktop browser.

So, yes, I think it's a display issue with the mobile interface in a mobile browser.

I don't think it's going to have any affect on the actual sniping operation, however it should be fixed, only grouped snipes should be displayed as:

Status (mirror): N/A

but currently they all seem to be.

I am looking into this, it is indeed a bug. It's obviously a display bug, but I have to fix it.

This is still an issue. I’m seeing mirror status n/a on iPad brave and safari.

Is it possible for you to upload a screenshot, that demonstrates the issue, to an image hosting site and then post an indication as to where it is here (usually removing the 'https' from a link is all that is required to be able to post it).
