Why cant I login

After registering and having received the confirmation of my registration, I keep getting the message: Please sign up first at gixen.com. You cannot any longer log in with your eBay username and password, now you need to sign up and get Gixen username and password.

My Gixen username/ password are different than the one of Ebay.

I recommend that first you use this form to check whether you have a fully registered account and that it's called exactly what you think it is.

I suspect you are trying to use a name that has previously been used by someone that had an Ebay id of that name, even if that was not you.
