can't place bid

Hi,

I just authorized a yearly mirror subscription. I received confirmations from PayPal, Gixen.com and the settings page says : "Your Gixen mirror subscription is good until Wed, Dec 9, 2020."

However, there is the following red message in the left corner:
"Your ebay authorization has expired or expires in less than 10 days. Please renew it on the Gixen settings page or your snipes may fail. Your eBay authorization to Gixen has been revoked (Expired). Please renew it on the Gixen settings page or your snipes may fail. "

And when I try to add an item, (never mind which: I tried several) the following red message appears:

"Error: Auth token is hard expired.
Error: Auth token is hard expired.
Could not add this item (XXXXXXXX)"


The item I am interested in expires today. (I meant to group listings but require only one item) I need it next week. I don't buy much on ebay; about once/year. I activated a yearly subscription in case I need to bid again. I already cancelled it for the future. But f you can't fix the problem within 2 hours, I will have to contest that payment as well.

I will not provide items numbers on a public forum.
