My Account - Can't Use Mirror Even Though I Have Subscribe

I had this same problem last year (and ended up just using the free sniping service).

I have subscribed to the recurring mirror service and reauthorised my eBay account but I'm still being asked to subscribe again. I am also unable to see my history. Can anyone help me please?

This typically happens when users register more than one account and forget about it, and use one on which there is no mirror subscription.

You can see all your accounts by using:

https://www.gixen.com/forgotusername.php

You can reset your password by using:

https://www.gixen.com/forgotpassword.php

Hi,

I just renewed with $8 last week and my acct says expired, but also at bottom says good to dec2 2020. Credit card went through and everything.

Please advise, I cant place my bid.

That sounds more like the authorization that you gave Gixen to bid on Ebay has expired.

Ebay require you to renew that at least once every 18 months as they expire it, this can be done via the settings page, free of any charge.
