Could you provide us with more information?
1. What status is Gixen reporting for the item?
2. What was the amount of your bid?
Since the winning price was 620 GBP, the bid increment was 20 GBP. This means that eBay would not accept any bids lower than 640 GBP at the time Gixen would have attempted to bid for you.

thank you for your answer. This explain what happened. I didn`t know about bid Increments. My bid was 639.99. You can see here report -->
