Hey Folks.

I just purchased the one year Membership. Been using the Gixen Snipe for too long and I'm about to Snipe on a BIG item in 2 hours so I need all the help I can get.
Is there a way to manually update my account?
My question is, why hasn't my account updated after paying?
Any help would be appreciated.

Only Mario can look into issues like this he can be contacted direct, via email, at the support address given on the Contact tab above.

Please include you Gixen id and, if you have it to hand, the Paypal transaction id of your payment for the Mirror upgrade.
