Only Mario can look at things behind the scenes.
The efficient way to contact him is via email at the support address given on the Contact tab, above.
You will need to supply not just the Ebay item number, but also your Ebay id, in order for him to be able to look into it for you.
He is usually able to get back to you within a day or so.
