Gixen Says I WON, But I Actually LOST.

Hi Mario,

I didn't see this error anywhere in the Support section, so I am reporting it here because I think you should be aware of it.

I thought I had one because Gixen posted my bid 5 seconds B4 the end (I think) and I was the high bidder (green banner.) And all of a sudden about 2 seconds after me, the banner turned red because someone else had sniped the auction (probably) and won.

However, Gixen reported the auction a win for me.

I thought you would want to know.

Oops! I should have said: "I thought I had WON ..."

The detection of a later snipe that outbid yours has to be done after the auction has competed, as a separate operation from the placing of the bid.

Sometimes that later scheduled step fails, if Gixen never detected it then that is what I imagine happened here... If it happens too often then Mario may need to look at the detection software once again.

The red color is there only when you edit a snipe... so I am not sure what happened here, but red color and being outsniped are not related.
