Can't Login

Hi guys

Strange problem - I've been using Gixen regularly for several years to snipe on eBay UK listings but for some reason I can't sign in to gixen today - I get the error:

Password is not a match. Could not log you in. (h t t p s : / /w w w.gixen.com/home_1.php)

I can sign in to ebay.co.uk fine, haven't changed my eBay password for over a year, ebay password only has special chars ?!# so the help advice seems a bit irrelevant to me because in any case, I've changed nothing and it has stopped working?

Any ideas please?

I am having exactly the same issue - I am based in the UK, have been using Gixen for years and now cannot log in.

I thought it might be the proxy / IP issue, but I set the proxy, logged in (via the ebay.com site, as ebay.co.uk could not be accessed while I was connected via the proxy) and placed a manual bid - this all worked fine.

Reassured, that it's not just me.

I changed my DNS and flushed my DNS cache/cookies but no luck.

I changed my eBay password too, just to see if it helps, but now I can't test again properly for 24 hours so I'll post back tomorrow.

Disappointed because Gixen is excellent and I wouldn't buy off eBay without it!

Message saying problems with connectivity with Ebay and no snipes can operate please follow forum - but cant see anything on forum Am I missing something ?
