Things I liked on first usage:
Bid exactly 5 seconds before auction end.
Simple Web interface
When I reviewed the forums, saw strong presence of author support.

Also, the idea of having a mirrored server as a backup bidder is brilliant. Basing an inexpensive annual fee on that service along with a guarantee is a great business plan. Next time I get ready to bid on something, I'll pop for the $6. I don't know if I will use the Windows desktop interface. I have a preference for using a Mac for internet stuff although I have virtual and real Windows PC's available.
