gixen api display blank

I use gixen api to schedule bid.
It work excellent.
Reasonally, I added it in cron for checking win or lost in my site.
But I found out it doesn't work today .
it appears blank page for the api link
The cron job was added today.
Is it blocked by gixen?
I sent the username in email already.
Please check.

But, can I ask, are you scheduling a lot of queries and snipes, it seems to be the implication from your query...

If it is possible that very heavy usage could affect the response that other users can achieve then the site does have to be fair to all users and make the resources available evenly across the board.
