I get out-sniped all the time

Hello....I am a premium user I guess you would call it but I continue to get out sniped and it is driving me crazy. I bid on up to 100 items in a day and at one time I was winning a lot of them but this last week I noticed I was losing them all and a lot are by being outsniped. I also noticed that sometimes I will look a few hours before the closing and it will say my high bid is say 21.20 and the current bid will be 21.21. Is that just coincidence? It is happening more often than I would think is possible. It is like they know what my high bid is going to be. Anyway, I wanted to know if there is anything that I can do or am doing wrong. I think 3 seconds is probably too long as people just hit the one click bid button at 1 or 2 seconds not caring what the highest bid is. I dont mind losing items but I do hate to lose them by less than $1.

It's quite normal, and happens a lot. There is nothing you can do about it except bid higher.
