correct prices

hello,

i've a question, when is gixen information refreshed?

usually i open the gixen page, and the list of my snipes, and many current prices are not updated, and are lower than in ebay.

i think it's a "refresh" problem?

is there a way of working this out?

They are only updated in the web interface every few hours, this is deliberate, it is too costly to provide real time updates from the Gixen servers.

If you want real time updates the Gixen Desktop Manager (aka GDM) provides those, it uses your computer to get the current prices from eBay, so does not impact the Gixen servers.

Auction prices do not affect the sniping process at all, they are provided for convenience only, so there us no real need for them to be accurate on the web interface, in any case.
