invalid authorization

I today just paid and restarted my account and sniped an auction and won but didn't get it because of 'invalid authorization'
I can't find how to deal with that.
Nor can I find a place to log in to 'my account'
I DID find a place with a couple of tiny field for name and password and I put them in and pressed enter and everything just went away.
I got nowhere.
I would like to sort all this out if I can.
Any help?

Go to the home page:

That is where you enter your Gixen credentials, but you also have to press the 'LOG IN NOW' button after doing so, not the 'enter' key.

If you go there once logged in, the way to get back to your snipes is to press the 'BACK TO MY SNIPES' button which appears below the menu/button bar.

Also when you see the 'My Snipes' button in the button/menu bar at the top of the page, that either prompts you to log in (if you are not) or takes you back to that page, if you already are logged in.

Once you get to the 'My Snipes' page you are looking for the 'Settings' button in order to renew your Authorisation in the second section of the page that comes up, there are no costs (other than a few seconds of your time) associated with renewing that. It's a completely different thing from your Subscription (which is dealt with in the first section of that same page, that's the thing you pay for), see:
