Hi, since i got the red reminder from Gixen, I re \"subscribed\" & can see \"good to jan 2026\" my last two bids have failed with a notice \"INVALID AUTHORISATION\"
PLEASE HELP ASAP as I have another bid pending. thank you..

in reply, the answer that I needed I could NOT find in previous posts. I did look.
if you could have been curtious enough just to say, \"Hi all you need to do is re authorise your link to ebay, found in settings\" maybe?
Or it could be made simple by adding along with the renewal reminder. \"You will need to re authorise your ebay link when your subsctiption is renewed\" please add this to the suggestions page. |

To be honest, from experience, most users, accepted perhaps not yourself, need a bit more explanation than that, before they 'get it'.

That would be incorrect, they are completely unrelated things (just confused by many, like yourself, and there's no criticism here of that), and the schedule on which they need to be addressed is completely different, the Subscription is either annual or biannual, but the Authorisation is timed out by Ebay every 18 months.
