You don't.
Gixen does not need to know your Ebay password, and it is recommended that you do not use it for your Gixen id, which is a different thing.
What you need to do is grant Gixen permission to place bids on your behalf, that is done via the second section of the 'Settings' page which you get to by pushing the 'Settings' button on the 'My Snipes' page after you've logged in here on the web interface. This permission is known as the Authorisation, see:
