I have accidentally transferred my subscription and wish to undo it. Something was not working and brain was not in gear. I assumed it was to do with changed Ebay ID at the time and mess up my Gixen account. I just want it undone.
I have tried sending an email to this effect but to no response. This happened 15/11/25. any help will be much appreciated. I did try setting up an account to what it is switched to, but it contains an \"_\"...
Help please!

OK, so you transferred your subscription to a Gixen account that does not exist ?
That does not mean that you also closed your original Gixen account... unless you selected that option as well ?
So, can you still log into that old Gixen account ?
If so, have you tried using that to transfer your subscription back to that old account ?
If so, what was the error that you received when you tried that ? _________________ Mark |

I have full access to my account although I now have the wait timer. I have tried but it comes up with an error:
Error code=313. Please contact Gixen customer support.

OK,
At this point Mario is the only one that can help you because he is the only one with access to the Gixen servers at that level.
As you've tried before, he can be contacted directly at the support address given on the Contact page. Please can you try once more, with full details of the Gixen account that you still have access to (id, but NOT password) and where you think you transferred your subscription to, accepting that now you realise that account didn't actually exist as a Gixen account.
You could also reference this thread in your explanation.
I'll alert him independently, because I know my communication with him does get through, to look out for your email this time. _________________ Mark |
